Review the brief
Confirm the scope, missing details and order requirements.

Develop the sample
Allow about 7 working days after sample payment. Review fabric, fit and finishing, with 2 free revision rounds before approval.

Approve the reference
Approve the sample, specifications, quote and order terms.

Produce & prepare delivery
Production is scheduled with a 40% deposit. Our team coordinates in-process checks, final inspection, packing and dispatch with partner factories.
BEFORE YOU COMMIT
Confirm the terms first.
100 pcs per style / colour
Custom production starts at 100 pieces per style, per colour. Fabric, construction and complex techniques are reviewed before confirming your order. First collections and repeat orders can be planned around your requirements.
Sampling & revisions
Hoodie and dress samples are approximately USD 100 each, depending on fabric and workmanship. Allow about 7 working days after sample payment, with 2 free revision rounds. Sample fees are credited against the bulk order.
Around 30 days for production
Bulk production takes approximately 30 days after sample and material approval. A 40% deposit secures production scheduling; the balance is due before dispatch. Urgent requests are reviewed against material availability and factory schedules.
Shipping & packing
Air freight or courier can be coordinated. Freight costs, destination and packing are confirmed in the quotation; transit time is separate from production lead time.

Can I begin without a complete tech pack?
Yes, you can begin the discussion with a sketch, reference image or sample. We review what is missing and confirm the development work required before sampling.
Does ODM always mean a faster or cheaper order?
No. An existing style may reduce some development work, but custom fabrics, construction changes and decoration can add time and cost. The quotation follows the actual scope.
Can I revise the sample before production?
Yes. Sampling includes 2 free revision rounds. Confirm any further development costs and timing before approving the final sample and specifications for bulk production.
Can you add labels and packaging to an OEM or ODM order?
Share your branding assets and packing requirements with the garment brief. Feasibility, quantities and pricing are confirmed for the specific project.
